What to Bring
All our barre classes do require the wearing of grip socks. These socks can be purchased in the studio, at most sporting goods stores or on Amazon. We suggest you bring a water bottle and small towel as you may work up a sweat.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. This will allow us to give you a tour of the studio, set your space up and make you comfortable, and answer any questions you may have
After class we recommend you drink plenty of fluids. This allows the body to continue to burn calories.
You should expect to feel sore after your first class. This is normal and should be expected.
