We understand we are all individuals. Our needs and desires are unique to each of us. They can also change on a day to day basis.  We developed our suite of programs with this in mind. Always ensuring to capture you in your moment. We work with you to create a movement that is best you utilizing our Barre, Pilates. Meditation, Yoga, Stretch, and Cardio classes. 

We fully encompass the mind, body, and soul experience. You will feel strong, flexible, balanced in both body and mind, uplifted, healthy, and at peace  - all while working to maintain the integrity of your body and mind for the future.

What to Bring

All our barre classes do require the wearing of grip socks. These socks can be purchased in the studio, at most sporting goods stores or on Amazon. We suggest you bring a water bottle and small towel as you may work up a sweat. 

Yoga Stretch


Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. This will allow us to give you a tour of the studio, set your space up and make you comfortable, and answer any questions you may have

Couple Yoga

After Class

After class we recommend you drink plenty of fluids. This allows the body to continue to burn calories. 

You should expect to feel sore after your first class. This is normal and should be expected.
