Stephanie is the founder of Barre Mind Body, a Barre Studio and Above the Barre Pilates. Stephanie has over fifteen years training in the mechanics of body movement. Stephanie believes and practices mindful movement with a concentration on breath work, fine movement and longevity. Stephanie is nt only Plates trained, but is a Master Barre Instructor, Prenatal fitness expert, Pelvic Floor Specialist, Certified Meditation and Sound Bath enthusiast and Personal Trainer.
Jenna is a comprehensive Pilates trained instructor and joined Above the Barre Pilates to assist our clients in her passion of connection throughout the body. Jenna has an extensive knowledge of body mechanics and kinesiology. She is is continuously learning different methods of training through extended education workshops that focus on injury rehabilitation, prevention and overall movement.
